What we collect

• Custom build requests: your name, email, the car details, your BeamNG.drive version, your build description, any reference links and the reference photos you upload, and the consent choices you tick.
• Your build: status changes, progress notes and photos we post, messages between you and us, delivery files, and an optional review you leave after delivery.
• Waitlists: your email and which list you joined (for example the RS6 release).
• Site usage: anonymous daily counts of things like visits, opened car details and sent requests. These counts contain no names, emails, IP addresses or cookies.
• Abuse protection: a one-way hash of your IP address is kept briefly to rate-limit forms, and old entries are cleared automatically.

Who processes it

• Cloudflare hosts the site and stores requests, messages and files (Cloudflare Pages, D1 and R2). The brief checker and update write-ups run on Cloudflare Workers AI. The “Ask the garage” chat answers in your browser from our own car and FAQ data; your questions aren’t sent or stored anywhere.
• Anthropic (Claude) reads each custom build brief and its reference photos to prepare a scope review for us. A person at Slide State makes every decision.
• Our build PC: once you've paid, your brief, reference photos and messages are copied to Slide State's own build computer, where we build your mod with the help of Claude Code (Anthropic).
• Email (Resend), if enabled, sends you updates about your build.
• Discord, if enabled, gives us a private ping about new requests and replies (the car, your name and a short snippet of your brief or message).
• Payment happens on the payment page we link you to (for example Stripe or PayPal). This site never sees your card details.

Who can see it

Your request, photos and messages are visible to Slide State staff through a login-protected admin, and to you through your tracker (your tracking code plus your email). Photos and delivery files are served through private links that expire. Your build appears publicly (the car, its stage and, once delivered, our latest progress photo of it; never your name) only if you tick “Slide State may show the finished build publicly”. Reviews appear only after we approve them, showing the name you choose.

How long we keep it

We keep build records while we work on your build and afterwards so we can support it. Ask us any time and we'll delete your request, photos, messages and delivery files. You can also leave a waitlist by asking us.
